To ensure peak freshness, we roast each batch of coffee exclusively after an order has been placed. The freshly roasted beans are then ground to desired specifications and sealed in our eco-friendly pouches, which are specially designed to extend the freshness of the coffee.
Orders, typically are shipped from our roastery within 1-2 business days.
This small-batch approach guarantees your coffee arrives at its freshest state.
Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through our trusted courier partners. However, timelines may vary based on the location.
- Metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Non-metro areas: 7–10 business days
- Remote locations: A little longer, depending on courier access
To minimize our carbon footprint, we primarily use surface shipping. A tracking link will be shared on the email id/mobile number used while placing the order post shipping.

No additional charges on all prepaid orders.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet timelines, external factors like weather, strikes, or courier issues can cause delays. If your order is taking unusually long, please write to us at support@pauseandpour.coffee — we’ll investigate and keep you in the loop.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm details and resend it — shipping charges may apply.
