Cancellations:
At Pause & Pour, every order is roasted and packed fresh with care. If you need to cancel your order, we request you to write to us at support@pauseandpour.coffee within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
Received something you didn’t order?
Oops — that’s on us. If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll gladly send you the correct one or process a full refund. Just write to us at support@pauseandpour.coffee within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take it from there.
Your order arrived damaged?
We pack everything securely, but sometimes the journey isn’t as smooth as your brew. If your product arrived damaged, send us a photo at support@pauseandpour.coffee within 5 days of delivery. We’ll brew up a quick replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Delayed Deliveries
At Pause & Pour, we use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered as per our shipping policy. In case the order does not reach you as per our shipping policy, we will send you a replacement bag or issue you a full refund for your order. We have very limited control over the package once it is shipped, and hence we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.
This does not apply to failed/delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
